I passed the CCNA exam on October 18, 2007, but unfortunately, to this date, I have not received my certification. Have I been had?
I wouldn't say you have been had, but there may be some problems with your address and whatnot in the testing system. I would find the print out of the exam from your testing center (whether it was VUE or Prometric.) If you do not have that, contact them and they may be able to reprint one for you.
Once you have all your information, I would open a ticket with the certification customer help center at Cisco and open a case stating your Cisco ID and the date and score of the exam so they can research the issue.
