Seeing that you are underway in completing your CCNP, the CCIE routing and switching cert is a logical continuation of the topics and objectives that you are studying now. Both the CCIE routing and switching and the CCIE voice are extremely marketable certifications and your choice ultimately should depend on your affinity to a particular networking technology. If you wish to take on the CCIE voice and you are not proficient or well experienced in Cisco's voice over IP technology, you might want to consider undertaking the CCVP course as well.
