Share connection between office and home

I am a little new to the whole VPN thing. I was just wondering, if my business owns a T1 line and I want to share the connection from work to my home and my vp's home is a VPN what I would use, assuming we already have cable and or DSL Internet, and if not what way would I go about to do this?
A VPN would be a great way to do this. Please see one of my previous responses for some alternatives.
