Ratio of support technicians per workstation

Do you know what the industry standard is for the ratio of support technicians per workstation? Do you know where I can find any related documentation?Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

To the best of my knowledge, there is no such ratio which can be applied across all businesses simply because each business has different needs and has its unique network infrastructure that will play a major role on the number of technicians required to support the available workstations.
