Move W2k DNS from Domain Controller to another server

How do I move w2k DNS from Domain Controller to another server?
There are several ways to accomplish this task.

1. Using the Windows 2000 Configure Your Server Wizard

2. Using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel

3. Using the DCPROMO.exe command

After the new DNS server is setup and a zone transfer has take place. You should be ready to promote it to the primary DNS.
