I need to access a Web site internally through an external address. The Web server resides on my internal network and we want to access it through its external (public) address. The router, a Cisco 2620, is not configured correctly for this.
You need to do NAT on your 2620 so that it converts the internal IP address to an external one. Then it will route all the connection, which you want to make from internal network, from outside. Hope this helps.
