How do I figure out how much Internet bandwidth each workstation on my LAN (50 Windows workstations)

How do I figure out how much Internet bandwidth each workstation on my LAN (50 Windows workstations) is using?
This is a difficult question that needs more context. For example, what applications are you using, how are they being used, what is your connection to the Internet and even what NICs/drivers are you using? A longer consultation would be in order.

Without that additional detail, the most that can be said is available in some of my previous answers.

You may also want to review other details available in the Network Performance Guide in order that you might be able to answer that question yourself.

The simplest answer may be to watch the statistics on your border router with MRTG, or sniff with Ethereal, Sniffer or similar passive monitors.
