How can I create Pix boxes that send messages to my syslog on the routers?

There are Pix boxes that send messages to my syslog every time I log in and they log all commands that are entered while in EXEC mode. How can I accomplish this on the routers? Currently, all the router logs read: "Configured by <user> on vty0 (<IPAddress>)" when I exit EXEC mode.
You need to check if you can enable AAA to your router IOS. If you can, configure the accounting and you will get all the information from the server that you designate as the TACACS or AAA server.
