How can I can block MAC Addresses from W2K Pro, XP and 2003 Pro from receiving addresses from my DHC

I am running a mixed mode environment with my DHCP server being W2K and my Domain Controller NT 4.0. I need to find a way in which I can block MAC Addresses from W2K Pro, XP and 2003 Pro from receiving addresses from my DHCP Servers.
