DSL and a dial up service

I recently had DSL installed on our computer. However, we do have a dial up service that we use to call our other computer in NJ from NY. My question to you sir is, how can I reroute the dial up service to use the DSL line when calling into the other computer? Thanks for your help.
The only way you could do this effectively is to get a static IP from your DSL provider. You could then use a Windows VPN service to connect both PC?s.
