I would suggest that you get them from your vendors and/or consultants that have dealt with the particular system you are planning on migrating. Each is a bit different and some will allow phased in migrations while some require hard cutover. Not knowing your system, it is a hard to say. Also, you should note that a revisit of your infrastructure and network health should be a high priority before you migrate existing problems to a new platform. Most of the VoIP vendors suggest that this be done, it can save a lot of headaches.
