A resource for background info on VPN

I have a Linux server and would like to setup a VPN for individual remote users to connect my corporate Netware network. I'm a newbie when it comes to Linux and I have basic understanding of networking.

Can you recommend any sites, books, and/or resources to help me set this up?
Here's a great site: http://www.freeswan.org/ that will give you everything you need to know.
