Deleting unused company userIDs

Plan and implement a policy on how long unused userIds can remain on your systems/applications -- 45, 90 days.

Work with HR to get personnel change/terminate lists for system clean-up. Also, work with management and implement a policy for a phone call, email, and/or in-person meeting when employees are terminated.

Closing open system doors is a necessity.
