telephone call with a non-geographic number beginning with 07, 08, or 09 to a
hidden geographic or mobile number. NTS numbers are called Freephone because
callers are not charged for the call, just as with 800 and 888 numbers in the U.S. NTS is typically used by businesses and organizations to provide a single number for customers to call free-of-charge regardless of
their geographic location. There are several fee-based subcategories of NTS, which are: Local Call Fee Access (LCFA), National Call Fee Access (NCFA), and Premium Rate Services (PRS).
