Troubleshooting Cisco networks -- Chapter 14 of 'Cisco: A Beginner's Guide, Fourth Edition'
In this chapter you'll learn how to troubleshoot problems in a variety of Cisco configurations by running through some troubleshooting scenarios. For simplicity's sake, the author assumes IP as the network protocol and the Microsoft Windows platform as the host.
