In a simple-to-use package, the ShoreTel5 Smart IP Phone System offers automatic failover in the event of switch failure, as well as "plug-and-play" capabilities allowing for no-hassle portability. Another important feature that impressed our judges was its ease of integration into existing PBX systems. Notably, ShoreTel5 can be implemented incrementally without disrupting existing corporate voicemail systems, a common concern for enterprises considering the jump to VoIP.
Voice quality appears to be good, and ShoreTel provides consumers with training and implementation services, round-the-clock technical support, and online assistance.
