Cisco's CallManager and CallManagerExpress beat out the competition in our Product Leadership IP PBX category, receiving stellar marks to win the gold award. SILVER AWARD:	Nortel Communications Server 1000/2100 Taking the silver medal in the IP PBX category was the Communications Server 1000/2100 from Nortel. Garnering a strong 90% good or excellent rating in network integration and interoperability, the product also soared high in voice quality, with 91% of our survey respondents rating it good or excellent. BRONZE AWARD:	Avaya One-X Quick Edition Despite some mixed reviews from users, One-X Quick Edition from Avaya received the bronze medal for IP PBXs.
