Garnering a strong 90% good or excellent rating in network integration and interoperability, the product also soared high in voice quality, with 91% of our survey respondents rating it good or excellent.

Despite some mixed reviews from users, One-X Quick Edition from Avaya received the bronze medal for IP PBXs. The One-X received good or excellent scores from 80% of users in IP communications and messaging capabilities; ease of maintenance and manageability; and vendor service and support.
