New report examines IT customer satisfaction

Staff report

Sage Research Inc. has released a series of reports examining customer satisfaction with a broad range of IT products. Among its findings, the Natick, Mass., research firm reported that Gigabit and 10/100 LAN switches had the overall highest satisfaction among users. Internet protocol private branch exchanges (IP PBXs) were rated as high as traditional PBXs. And while firewalls had high scores for reliability, they received low scores for ease of installation.
