CHALLENGE #29: How can my Cisco 2600 route traffic if the main T1 goes down?
Question as presented to our experts:
I am looking at adding an SDSL connection to our office for redundancy of our T1 Internet connection. I have a Cisco 2600 currently and have been looking at adding the wic-1shdsl card to the router. The SDSL circuit would be a failsafe through a different provider. Is there a good way to allow the Cisco to route the traffic over if the main T1 goes down? We have websites and (watchguard) VPN's up so there are different IP address issues. Just wondering what other people are doing...
