Cisco: A beginner's Guide, 4th Edition
About this chapter: In this chapter you'll learn how to troubleshoot problems in a variety of Cisco configurations by running through some troubleshooting scenarios. For simplicity's sake, the author assumes IP as the network protocol and the Microsoft Windows platform as the host. Although the terminology can vary, networking problems are largely the same, regardless of the protocol or host environment. The author also restricts the examples to troubleshooting routers, which is where most of the action is.

About the book: Cisco: A Beginner's Guide, Fourth Edition is a practical hands-on resource for successfully implementing and managing a Cisco network. It covers IOS, voice and wireless security, video-on-demand, new routers, switches, wireless products, storage and more.
