Network Management Strategies for the CIO

Currently working as a Sales Engineer for ScienceLogic, Lindi Horton leverages multiple service provider and enterprise customer accounts to triage and troubleshoot application and infrastructure problems. Her experience as a Performance Engineer for NetQoS, Inc. for over 8 years allowed her to gain deep insight into enterprise applications, baseline application delivery and workflows, assisting in capacity planning, and performance management problems for multi-tier application structures. Focused on a traditional networking background, Lindi analyzes TCP/IP-based transactions, develops plans for QoS delivery, and traffic analysis leveraging NetFlow, Voice and Video tools. Her current projects include assisting customers, monitoring and managing complex IT infrastructures, troubleshooting operational issues, and solving complex network management issues.
