Who makes FRADs capable of SVCs? What is the current technology status for FRADs supporting SVC (Switched Virtual Channels)?

There are several companies including Adtran, Hughes and I am sure others. I would suggest talking with your telco carrier and find out who they recommend and will allow to connect to their network. Since they will be your second arm of support, you will want something that they feel comfortable with. If you happen to find a model that has what you want, you can always ask your salesperson to provide you with competitive literature.
