QUESTION POSED ON: 06 January 2004
How do I stop broadcasts on the wireless segment of my network? My head office is a massive IPp/IPX network with a radio link (1.1mg) to a remote site. The level of broadcast to the remote site is storming and we're experiencing a lot of delay in transmitting packets. If I can use a router, what sort and what will be the kind of config on this router.

EXPERT RESPONSE
You can use any router. Just plug it between your access-point and central site network. Else you can also have router with radio modem but that will be too costly a solution. All you have to do is to segregate your network before it goes to your access-point.

Central site --> router --> access-point --> wireless link --> Remote site
