Cisco's CCNA s the introductory course and exam for their certification track. However, I would recommend taking CompTIA's A+ and Network+ courses and exams to become more familiar with operating systems and networking concepts. Then, when you are ready to start your Cisco certification career, try taking the 2 exam approach for your CCNA (ICND1 and ICND2). That way you can manage the amount of Cisco objectives you have to initially learn as well as achieve your CCENT and CCNA certification.
