Other than job boards such as Dice, Monster, etc., where is a good place to find CCNA and CCNP candidates? Are there any associations, communities, etc.? I'm trying to network for future positions.

EXPERT RESPONSE
You have hit the major and best ones in my opinion: Dice and Monster. The only other addition I would include in that list is careerbuilder.com. I would also network with other Cisco admins and engineers in newsgroups as well to get your name out there and network with as many people as possible.
