There are some books available on this exam, and I'm pleased to report that the Exam Cram and Exam Prep titles are actually pretty good. Another good one is reportedly under development at Sybex/Wiley by David Cannon, Timothy Bergman, and Brady Pamplin, but won't be ready until February, 2008. If you need to bone up now, reach for the first two; if you can wait, check this one out as well.
