QUESTION POSED ON: 19 February 2007
I've encountered my first experience coming up with shielded twisted pair cabling. Is there a clear diagram of terminating at the jack end and the patch panel end including how the cable is grounded? We are presently creating the closet the server is going to reside, and we are looking for rack requirements and grounding techniques.

Sure. Go to the white paper section on the Siemon Web site. You will find what you are looking for there. There is also a video on the site showing proper termination practices.
