I am trying to create a cross-connect location for a client and am wondering if there is any limitation for using 25 pair Category 5e cable in the data network?

You will be limited to the speed the 25 pair cable will support. Depending on the manufacturer, it will either be 100Mbps or gigabit, but I am told that gigabit is a problem when all pairs are energized.
