Excellent question. There is a great deal of overlap in concepts between the Network+ and the CCNA. For example, both exams go into detail about the OSI model, LAN and WAN technologies, and switching and routing technologies. However, the Network+ has some topics which are outside the realm of the CCNA.
For instance, there are several operating system-specific questions including Novell, Linux, Unix and MacOS. You must also know specifics regarding several utilities such as netstat, nbtstat, arp, and similar verification commands. Your best bet for this is to pick up an exam prep self-study book such as the Mike Myers Passports series or the Exam Cram and brush up on those topics that may be outliers from the CCNA curriculum.
