I have been working as a system engineer at a card payment company in Malaysia for a year. I just obtained my CCNA and now plan to move to another industry related to networking. Any suggestion on which country and companies best suit my demands?

The world is your oyster, literally. I can't speak much for other countries, but here in the US, we have a plethora of card payment centers and banks that are constantly hiring networking engineers. And as for the technology, most of them are bleeding edge. However, with that being said, you have to bring a good game to the table to get your foot in the door for many of these companies since there are most likely hundreds of your CCNA brethren who are applying for that same position.
