I want to take the CCNP exam in the next two to three months. What is the best way to prepare?

EXPERT RESPONSE
You don't give me enough information about your background for me to have a sense as to whether or not your goals are realistic. If you already have a CCNA and work in an environment where you have access to Cisco routers and switches, and if you have time to study 20 to 30 hours a week, you might be able to reach your goals in the time frame you mention. Otherwise, you might want to consider giving yourself more time, and perhaps even investigating instructor-led training in your area (tip: if you can't afford outright commercial courses, look into offerings at local community colleges -- you can often get excellent training for 25-33% of the cost of commercial training and really benefit from access to a good instructor, labs and fellow students.)
