What is the best way to handle SIP phones at a location employing NAT (like a wireless router on a broadband connection)?

The easiest thing would be to have a static address that you can map through you NAT for the IP calls. You will want to do this with a firewall so that you can protect your system, but for a small router with a broadband connection, that is the way to go. Your service provider can provide you with a static address or at least a very long lease on one so that you can do this with your firewall.
