How would you compare CISSP with CCSP?

Tough comparison, according to ISC2, "CISSP Certification was designed to recognize mastery of an international standard for information security and understanding of a Common Body of Knowledge (CBK)." While Cisco states, "The CCSP certification provides network professionals with professional level recognition in designing and implementing Cisco secure networks." So, really these two certifications are targeted toward different markets. The CCSP is more hands-on and vendor specific. Depending on your role in the organization, you may benefit from both!
