A wise man once told me the answer to any really good question always start with the same two words: "It depends..." In your case about the only general observation I can make is that the number of companies that use Windows is larger than the number of companies that use NetWare, so it's possible to argue that more job opportunities exist if you go the Windows route rather than the NetWare route. That said, the real answer depends on the operating system (or systems) in use at the company (or companies) where you work already or would most like to work. Chasing the option that leads to the best personal outcome for you is what I would recommend in any case, but since I don't know enough of the specifics of your situation, I can only dispense general advice as I've done here.
