That would depend on the manufacturer and if their implementation is open or proprietary. If they have a standards based implementation than any switch that understands the Layer 3 QoS commands or a router with the same capability should work. A small word of caution, however, many providers have a list of approved vendors of equipment for connection to their network. You will want to talk about this with them and make sure that you are compatible, so that you can get the best technical support.
