Why isn't the neighborship of VLAN 102 showing in the neighborship table?

We have two 3350 distributed switches connected to a 6509 core switch using Ether-channel. Each distributed switch has a separate VLAN. There is no direct connection between the two 3550 distributed switches and the routing protocol we are running is EIGRP. The problem is that the neighborship of VLAN 102 is not showing in the neighborship table. I can ping the IP for either side and I also checked the access list. What else can I do to solve this problem?
