The market has been flooded with a lot of routers that support VPN termination and you'd be happy to find out that there are site where you're able to read reviews on the products. The price range you have indicated is well within the market range of most such routers so the choices are quite a few!

I'd advise you to visit www.cnet.com or www.zdnet.com and perform a simple search for 'vpn'. You'll be overwhelmed with the products they will list you. Each product has its price, rating and a brief review of it. Once you decide on a specific make and model, start Googling for reviews on this product to ensure you get the best possible view on it.
