I want to link three sites that are 150m and 200m apart. What is the best twisted pair cable for this? How about coaxial cable?

Twisted pair has a limitation of 100m, so it won't work for you. As for coax, it really depends on what you are linking together and running over the media. Fiber is also an option and will provide a greater distance, although your electronics will cost more. The only other way you could do it with twisted pair is to provide a repeater every 100m which will require power. Not knowing your application, it is a bit hard for me to assist further. If you would like to provide more details, I can assist in greater detail.
