What is the best way to study for the A+ exam?
While there are many methods of preparation for the A+ exam, two usually come up for regular mention when people ponder their options. The best (but most expensive) method is to take a commercial class of the "boot camp" variety that includes extensive topical coverage, hands-on labs, exam prep and drill sessions, and then makes sure you get to the exam to take it while the info remains fresh in your mind. Expect to pay $2,500 and up for such offerings.

The second and cheaper route is self-study: buy a good study guide, an Exam Cram, one or more practice tests, and

pay for the exam, all for between $350 and 500. You can find local or online study groups to help you over the humps, but will end up doing pretty much everything for yourself to get ready.

It's you choice: go for it!
