What is the best way to prepare for CCNA?

What is the best way to prepare for CCNA? I took the ICND course, studied all kinds of tools and manuals, but failed twice already. I will be attending this exam for the third time in about two weeks. How can I increase my chances of success?

If your arsenal of prep tools doesn't yet include one or more practice exams (those from Certification Zone, MeasureUp, Preplogic, and Boson are good for the CCNA), I'd urge you to pick up one or more sets and start drilling until you can score about 5% better than a minimum passing score in your drills (this will allow your scores to drop when you take the "real thing" --something that invariably happens to everybody -- yet still maintain a reasonable expectation of passing). If you want a special pick-me-up to add to that recipe, try the CCNA Flash Cards from Cisco Press for drilling purposes as well. Keep at the practice until you're doing well in that environment; then you should be able to tackle the real exam with more confidence.
