What good network monitoring tools are there to run on Windows servers?

Any idea what good network monitoring tools there are to run on Windows servers? Open source would be excellent!

There are many networking monitoring tools. Since I don't know what you want to monitor for, a good general tool would be WINDump. This tool is much like TCPdump but runs on the Windows platform. Another good tool is Wireshark. This is the new, renamed Ethereal. It's a great sniffer. Finally there is Snort. This signature IDS allows you to configure what types of traffic you would like to monitor for and then build a filter for just such types of traffic. I hope these three tools get you off to a good start.
