Web conferencing solutions

Do you know of any Web conferencing solutions that offer a non-hosted based method of communication? I need something that incorporates AD and can use MS Outlook for scheduled conferences.

Now obviously, this would use some sort of .com add-on. On top of that, I need a workflow to move associated video, audio and data components from the solutions server to a file storage area.

The solution would also offer recording of the video, audio and data session window/s as well as a participant listing / chat window.

Any ideas if anything like this exists out there?

Yes there are some. My short answer would be to talk to Polycom. They make equipment that works with a variety of solutions both hosted and not. Ask them for some guidance. They have been doing this for a very long time.
