Assuming that your question meant whether you can use VOIP traversing over a VPN, the answer is yes. Because the encryption speeds have increased greatly, there is a relatively small delay added to encrypt data. This delay is small enough so that VOIP users won't notice any difference. You do have to be careful because there are still some software based (or routers in packet processing) VPN solutions that may add too much delay for VOIP. Most hardware based VPN solutions should be able to support VOIP traffic and give the performance needed to give great quality.
