I have a router and I don't know how to enter the ports that I want to unblock, could you please give me some advice?

You need to go to enable prompt. You will get a "#" at this prompt. Type "configure terminal" and hit enter. Prompt will change. Now type "interface Ethernet 0" or the appropriate name of the interface. Hit enter. Prompt will change again. Type "no shutdown" enter and than exit twice to come to "#" again. This will bring up the interface.

Besides this you need to connect cable between the interfaces, configure routing protocols etc.
