Standard for cabling media rated above Category 5

A short time ago, I remember coming across a statement from a standards organization that required any PoE application above 320 Ma to use cabling media rated above standard Category 5. I would like to reiterate this to one of our clients who is in the process of upgrading their infrastructure. Do you recall which org or standard that may have recommended this requirement?
