the user (2) and give them the rights. Logon the Server. Right click on the folder and click Share. Name the share and give the user rights to the folder. I suggest setting the user with change rights and the administrators full control. You will then need to set the NTFS rights. Rick click the folder and select security. Uncheck the "allow inheritable permissions for parent to propagate to this object". Set the user rights to change and administrators to full. You are now ready to share the folder to the user.
