How do I block one network user from downloading from the Internet? Please give me the steps.

The easiest way to implement the restriction is to use some sort of Proxy server with content filtering. But since most of the proxy servers available in the market allow only a certain level of content filtering and URL blocking, third party add-ons like Websense are available for effective download control. It allows an administrator to effectively implement the corporate Internet usage policy. Some other products like GFIdownloadsecurity are available as add on modules for MS ISA servers making it an effective security layer.
