I would like to understand the provisioning process, i.e., everything that happens from the moment a customer request a service till the first bill is received. Do you have this flow chart? Do you know where I can find it?

The provisioning process is something that's more typically associated with telecommunications services than with networking services, though there has been some spillover from telecomm into networking in this regard. And while I do not have a flowchart immediately at hand for this process (and I kind of doubt a single such chart exists; rather, it would be far more likely that individual provisioning processes or operations would each have their own unique flowcharts). I just visited Yahoo! and used the following search string '"provisioning" NEAR "flowchart"' (omit the single quotes, I use them here just to set the text off) to turn up over 100 responses. May I suggest you repeat this exercise for yourself? Of the first 20, half look like you would find them moderately interesting.
