Provided that you can find an organization that is hiring business analysts (especially one with strong Latin American interests) your degree, language skills, and job experience could be quite valuable. I suggest you contact one or more placement firms (www.half.com, www.dice.com, and so forth) to investigate your possibilities. Given your credentials, training, and experience, you are likely to get help from that quarter.
