I am working with Windows 2000 pro. I am logged in as a local user and then I login as an administrator using Runas command. My problem is when I am going to map a drive using net use command it is successful but I can't able to view the drive in normal window using command c:<start i: here i: is a map drive letter, but the dir command shows the content of drive. When I am going to access the map drive through "My computer" it gives the error message "Access Denied". Please help me how to solve this problem.

I think the NTFS permissions are querying the logged on credentials. You will have to use RunAs for each folder you are opening including "my computer."
